The International Summer School on MS-Based Metabolomic Data Processing (ISS-MetMS26), to be held in Granada in 2026, is designed for early-stage researchers and aims to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical training in the processing of MS-based metabolomics data. With a multidisciplinary approach and around 50 international participants, the programme combines lectures and hands-on workshops covering the full metabolomics data workflow, from quality control and data preprocessing to statistical analysis, metabolite annotation, biological interpretation, and multi-omics integration, while fostering collaboration and professional networking.
