Register today for Mayo Clinic Metabolomics Workshop Sept. 8-10

Mayo Clinic will host a Metabolomics Symposium from Sept. 8 through Sept. 10, 2014, in Rochester, Minn. The event will feature presentations on the practice and theory of metabolomics applications, latest research in metabolomics, tours and networking opportunities.

The workshop is open to beginner and established researchers, students, and postdoctoral fellows.  Scholarships are available.

Attendees are invited to participate in a poster session and reception on September 9 from 7‑8:30 pm. Awards for excellence will be given to first place ($300), second place ($200) and third place ($100).

Invited speakers are Elaine Holmes, PhD, Imperial College, London, UK; Subramaniam Pennathur, MBBS, Michigan Regional Comprehensive Metabolomics Resource Core;John Markley, PhD, University of Wisconsin – Madison; Claudio Cobelli, PhD, University of Padova, Italy and Shankar Subramaniam, PhD, University of California, San Diego.
