SUMMARY:Metabolomics in Toxicology
DESCRIPTION:This 3-day course introduces the use of LC-MS based metabolomics to study toxicological processes and toxicological risk. Metabolomics is an increasingly popular tool within the field of toxicology\, with significant investment being made from both regulators and the industry working in the development of sophisticated next-generation toxicity testing. This course provides delegates with hands-on experience for both the Q Exactive™ Plus (QE+) and Orbitrap ID-X™ Tribrid™ mass spectrometers\, using a single toxicological case-study to guide delegates through an introduction to metabolomics in toxicology\, from experimental design to metabolite identification.
