SUMMARY:Introduction to Applying GC-MS in Untargeted Metabolomics
DESCRIPTION:This practical based course introduces attendees to apply GC-MS in untargeted metabolomics. The course provides an introduction to metabolomics\, experimental design and application of GC-MS in untargeted metabolomics\, sample preparation\, hands-on data acquisition using the LECO Pegasus BT 4D GC x GC-ToF MS\, data processing and analysis. The course is delivered using a combination of lectures\, laboratory sessions and computer workshops to develop your knowledge\, skills and confidence to apply GC-MS in your own research.
