DESCRIPTION:This course was for a comprehensive\, hands-on training in processing and analysing metabolomics data from LC-MS and NMR technologies.  Attendees had the opportunity to: \n\nLearn directly from internationally recognised leaders in the field;\nBenefit from practical training in computational techniques and statistical methods;\nEnjoy excellent networking opportunities with IIPTC specialists and fellow trainees.\n\n This 4-day course (held over 5 days) provided a comprehensive overview of data analysis for metabolic profiling studies focusing on data from NMR spectroscopy and Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry.
