SUMMARY:ELIXIR Fluxomics Training School 2021
DESCRIPTION:The 1st ELIXIR Fluxomics Training School is organized by ELIXIR-GR (FORTH/ICE-HT) in collaboration with ELIXIR-ES (UB) in the context of the ELIXIR Metabolomics Community-lead Implementation Study “Standardizing the fluxomics workflows”. This 5-day course will take place in virtual mode on October 4-8\, 2021 from 9:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) and will provide an introduction to the field of fluxomics and the experimental and computational methods used to estimate and predict metabolic fluxes. The course is addressed mainly to graduate students and junior post-docs\, of either experimental or computational background. Learning outcomes include familiarity with the basic concepts\, experimental techniques\, data deposition standards and computational methods and software tools in fluxomics.
